Mission
The Australian-Swiss Academic and Innovation Network (ASAIN) fosters bilateral collaboration between Switzerland and Australia in the science, research, and innovation sectors. We aim to build a diverse membership and offer opportunities to meet and connect, organise events, share information about grants and funding opportunities, highlight success stories, facilitate mentoring, and support the mobility of our members between the two countries.

Build a diverse and inclusive membership base.

Encourage individuals in moving between Australia and Switzerland, and to support to new arrivals from Australia to Switzerland.
Events
Organise events for members to meet in-person.
Networking
Make introductions, create an environment to exchange contacts, and foster opportunities to collaborate.
Mentoring
Create opportunities for mentoring between members.
Grants and Funding Opportunities
Centralise information, advertise, and create funding opportunities for Australian-Swiss research collaboration.
