International Conference on Research Infrastructures

The International Conference on Research Infrastructures (ICRI) 2024 will be held in Brisbane, Australia from December 3-5.

Attracting ~500 experts, facility managers, leading researchers and other senior stakeholders, this conference will explore trends, challenges, and opportunities in the global research infrastructure community. The conference includes presentations, networking events, and site tours aimed at enhancing collaboration and innovation in the field.

The ICRI is held every 2 years and alternates between EU and non-EU countries, 2024 will be the first time it has been hosted in the Asia-Pacific region. ICRI 2024 will be delivered by CSIRO, in cooperation with the European Commission and the Australian Department of Education, as a hybrid event, offering both in-person and online participation.

Target Audience:

Global stakeholders in research infrastructure, by invitation only; policymakers, researchers, academics, and professionals involved in the planning, funding, and management of research infrastructures.

Attendance is by invitation only, expressions of interest can be submitted via the website or by contacting icri2024@csiro.au.
